EKZ 2700

These equipments combine proven mechanical elements with innovative elements for process control. The two plant types differ primarily in the design of the crystal drive unit (shaft/cable) and are used for the production of crystals with up to 200mm (8”) in diameter. The dimensions of these furnaces allow the installation of hot zones for batch weights up to 150kg. Crystals pulled from this charge size have a cylindrical length up to 2.5m.
