MultiCrystallizer

Our MultiCrystallizer is a vacuum furnace designed for directional solidification (based on the Vertical-Gradient-Freeze process) of multicrystalline solar silicon ingots for photovoltaic wafer production.

The new HC-version (MultiCrystallizer VGF Si HC, high capacity) has a higher load capacity of up to 560 kg polysilicon in consequence of a crucible height of up to 520 mm (Generation 5, achievable ingot dimensions of approx. 834x834x>300 mm, weight approx. 420-560 kg.

The furnace combines an outstanding temperature homogeneity with an uniquely flexible temperature control and offers therefore ideal requirements for superior ingot qualities.
