PVA TePla AG was created in a merger between TePla AG and PVA Vakuum-Anlagenbau GmbH and for decades has been the established suppliers of plant and equipment for eco-friendly production and processing of high-quality industrial materials. These high-quality materials must be produced under stable, reproducible conditions. For that reason, it is often necessary to use high temperatures, in addition to keeping air, which has damaging effects on production processes, out of the system. As a vacuum specialist for high-temperature and plasma treatment, PVA TePla is a leading player on the world market for hard-metal sintering, crystal growing systems and surface activation using plasma and ultrafine cleaning in plasma. With its systems and services, PVA TePla supports key processes in industry – above all in the semiconductor, hard metal, electrical/electronic and food industries – as well as for tomorrow’s energy, photovoltaic and environmental technologies. The company also supplies innovative components and solutions for cleaning freshwater, wastewater and surfaces using UVC radiation.
