The health and safety of our employees and the seamless supply of our customers are our highest priority. Each of us can make a contribution to breaking the chains of infection, containing the further spread of the virus and relieving the burden on the health system.
In order to protect the health of our employees in this historically unique crisis and at the same time provide the best possible service to our customers, the PVA TePla AG Management Board reacted promptly and introduced appropriate measures. The changeover to two-shift operation and home office are just two examples of our crisis plan, which we have already activated a few weeks ago and with which we have operatively prepared ourselves for the special challenges. Additional precautionary and hygiene measures and strict travel restrictions were taken. At the same time, we offer the possibility of flextime reduction, holidays or home office as support when crèches, kindergartens and schools are closed.
On the basis of our well-filled order backlogs, we regularly coordinate with all partners and customers to take account of the often very different situations and challenges on site. We are more than convinced that our medium and long-term growth prospects based on our strong technologies for process- and metrology systems for high-tech materials remain intact and reliable once the corona exception situation has been overcome.
The situation is serious and we do not want to white wash it. But it is a phase that will pass. The following applies to PVA TePla: Our company is still efficient and continues to pursue its growth course.
Stay sound and healthy
With warmest regards
CEO, PVA TePla AG
