Supervisory Board of PVA TePla AG appoints CFO as Speaker of the Management Board, CEO leaves the Management Board

Wettenberg, 17 January 2023: The Supervisory Board of PVA TePla AG and acting CEO Manfred Bender have today agreed with each other that Manfred Bender will leave PVA TePla AG with effect from 30 June 2023 by best mutual consent for personal reasons.

At today's Supervisory Board meeting, the Supervisory Board also decided to appoint CFO Jalin Ketter as Speaker of the Management Board from 1 July 2023.
