Your Responsibilities

  • You will independently prepare service quotes, calculate costs according to specifications, and consistently keep track of open inquiries
  • You will reliably identify replacement parts using technical drawings, STEP files, and parts lists—and coordinate availability, reservations, and shipping with the warehouse and engineering departments
  • As a key user, you are the central point of contact for our ticket system: you create tickets, track them until completion, and keep the team constantly updated
  • You reliably handle customer inquiries via email and phone and coordinate between the customer, service, and technical teams as needed
  • You create service orders in the system, review orders, and prepare invoices in coordination with accounting
  • You research and procure technical documentation and work instructions—and make them available to the service team quickly and efficiently

Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial or technical-commercial apprenticeship
  • Identifying spare parts using drawings and STEP files is no problem for you
    Ideally, you have already gained some experience in internal service or order processing
  • You are confident using ERP and ticketing systems as well as MS Office
  • You handle international customer communication in English—both written and verbal—with ease
  • Even when things get stressful and the order volume increases, you keep a cool head and maintain a clear overview
