“I started as a sales engineer, became project manager, sales manager, and now, since 2022, managing director.
My biggest highlight: the warm birthday wishes from my German colleagues every year. To me, these are more than just kind wishes; they represent the trust and warmth of the team. "I started my apprenticeship at PVA IVS in 2017 and went on to complete a dual study program in electrical engineering, followed by a master’s degree in technical sales.
Today, I work in sales and am responsible for our high vacuum brazing furnaces.

“I joined PVA TePla through a cooperation with the University of Giessen on various semiconductor research projects, which immediately sparked my interest. Since then, I have been working with different metrology methodologies and materials synthesis processes, and I’ve had the chance to get to know several units across the company, a glimpse into PVA’s breadth that I still find very exciting. The OnePVA days were especially memorable, offering a broader view of the group and a great sense of community, topped off by a wonderful closing celebration. What I value most about my team is their friendliness and the genuine enthusiasm they bring to their work, creating a very pleasant working environment."

“I completed my Industrial Mechanic apprenticeship at PVA and quickly discovered my passion for machining, where I gained early experience operating and programming CNC turning and milling machines. After finishing my training, I continued in this area until an economic downturn in 2014 led to a temporary departure. I returned to PVA in 2016 and became Team Leader of Machining in 2019. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the chance to participate in numerous trainings and events, and I’m proud to look back on nearly 19 years of shared achievements with PVA."
