Your Responsibilities
- You develop and optimize CVD processes for various material applications
- You actively contribute to the development of our in-house R&D laboratory
- You monitor the scientific and technological market and stay up to date with the latest developments
- You identify relevant trends and advancements in the field of CVD technologies
- You contribute to the company’s technology roadmap
- You prepare technical reports, internal publications, and reference documentation
- You participate in conferences, specialist congresses, and trade fairs
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in materials science, process engineering, physical chemistry, or a related field, ideally with a PhD
- You ideally specialize in CVD processes, high-performance materials, technical ceramics, or composite materials
- You bring proven experience in the development and optimization of CVD processes
- You have solid experience in experimental development and scientific process analysis
- You have strong expertise in preparing technical and scientific documentation
- You are fluent in French and also have very good English skills
- You demonstrate strong scientific curiosity and an innovative mindset
- You are comfortable working in mid-sized company structures with a high degree of technical responsibility
