Your Responsibilities
- You will advise all customers on current troubleshooting in the areas of systems and process engineering
- You will help prevent equipment downtime through preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory management, and system upgrades
- You will conduct inspections and assessments of safety-critical equipment and document these at our end customers' sites
- You will assist with service order processing by providing technical solutions for preparing quotes
- You will commission the systems on-site at the customer’s location and ensure smooth operation
- You will support our customers with application training related to their systems
- You will be the first point of contact for technical questions and issues
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training in mechatronics or electronics, ideally with further training to become a state-certified technician or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have knowledge of S7 controllers, TIA Portal, and safety PLCs, as well as vacuum system technology, or are willing to acquire this knowledge
- You are characterized by a high level of commitment and motivation
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are customer-oriented and have a strong hands-on mentality
- You hold a valid Class B driver’s licenseYou are willing to travel frequently, particularly to Jena, Berlin, and Erlangen, and are open to worldwide service assignments
