Your Responsibilities
- You are the central point of contact for spare parts and ensure smooth supply to our customers worldwide
- You independently manage pricing and calculation in the spare parts business and thereby directly influence revenue and contribution margin
- You create, send and proactively track spare parts quotations for direct customers, representatives and subsidiaries
- You coordinate end-of-life parts and special solutions with engineering, software, product management and purchasing
- You closely align order processing with shipping and purchasing and handle customer complaints in the spare parts area
- You analyze and optimize the spare parts inventory and support stocktaking
- You maintain quotations and orders in Sage B7 and Salesforce CRM
- You support marketing in preparing trade fair materials
Your Profile
- You have a commercial vocational training as an Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk, or a comparable qualification
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in technical customer service or spare parts management
- You have experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage B7) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and work confidently in Microsoft 365
- You can read circuit diagrams and have a good technical understanding of components such as valves, motors, pumps and switches
- You communicate confidently in German and well in English, both verbally and in writing, and explain technical matters clearly
- You work independently, keep track of things even under time pressure, and enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues in Asia, Europe and North America
- A valid class B driving license is an advantage
