Your Responsibilities
- You will lead and coordinate the manufacturing team in the cleanroom at the Westhausen site
- In doing so, you will plan staffing, prioritize tasks, and closely coordinate capacity with the project managers
- Organizing and carrying out system commissioning in the cleanroom as well as at machine manufacturers falls within your area of responsibility
- You monitor project and time schedules, identify deviations early on, and escalate issues to project management as needed
- You develop your own concept to ensure order, structure, and efficient processes in the cleanroom and oversee the machine workstations
- In addition, you actively drive the implementation and further development of a shop floor system
- You check deliveries for completeness and document the results in quality reports
- As the technical liaison, you coordinate clarifications between production, project management, quality assurance, and external partners
Your Profile
- You have completed technical training, e.g., in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, industrial electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- Ideally, you have completed advanced training as a technician or master craftsman and have already gained practical experience in the commissioning or manufacturing of technical systems
- You possess in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, control systems, diagnostic tools, software parameterization, and technical documentation
- Experience in special-purpose machine construction, automation technology, testing technology, or cleanroom manufacturing is a plus
- You are available for occasional assignments both domestically and abroad; however, your primary focus will be at the Westhausen location
- You communicate confidently in German and English
