Your Responsibilities
- You independently manage and coordinate service projects in mechanical engineering—from the quotation phase through implementation and commissioning to invoicing
- You are responsible for the technical and commercial management of modernizations, retrofits, conversions, upgrades, and equipment relocations
- You plan and control schedules, costs, resources, and quality, while monitoring the project status and degree of completion
- You prepare project plans, status reports, and documentation, and regularly report on progress, deviations, risks, and required measures
- You coordinate cooperation with internal departments, external partners, service providers, and international service hubs
- You are the central point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
- You support technical clarifications, quotation preparation, and the development of pragmatic solutions in the event of deviations or escalations
- You identify potential for optimization and continuously improve service processes, workflows, and standards
Your Profile
- You have completed a technical degree, advanced technical training, or an equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a related field
- You have professional experience in project management and in managing complex projects involving multiple interfaces—ideally in a service environment within the mechanical or plant engineering sector
- You are proficient in using MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, a high level of commitment, and a customer-focused approach
- Occasional willingness to travel, depending on project requirements, completes your profile
