Your Tasks
- You will install and commission our custom-built special-purpose machines worldwide—including functional testing and acceptance
- You will conduct training sessions directly at the customer’s site and clearly explain the operation, maintenance, and unique features of our systems
- You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing systems—partly remotely and partly on-site
- Working closely with R&D and Service, you document your assignments and provide valuable feedback for product optimization
- You are the technical face of our company at the customer’s site—solution-oriented, communicative, and technically competent
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, or hold a comparable qualification—e.g., as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you have several years of experience with special-purpose machines, automation systems, or complex facilities
- You are skilled in working with electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- You find international travel (approx. 50%) exciting—you present yourself confidently and professionally worldwide
- You already have several years of experience working with special-purpose machines
- You hold a valid Class B driver’s license
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are a given for you - Your work style is structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused
