Your Responsibilities
- You receive goods and carefully check deliveries for completeness and undamaged condition
- You reliably record and post all material movements in the ERP system
- You store products and materials properly and ensure a well-organized warehouse structure through stock transfers and clear labeling
- You pick materials and prepare them as needed for production, service, or shipping
- You pack goods and prepare shipments for dispatch in accordance with internal guidelines and external requirements
- You conduct stock checks and inventory counts and make any necessary adjusting entries
- You keep the warehouse and logistics area neat and clean and consistently adhere to applicable safety regulations
- You handle general internal transport and ensure a reliable flow of materials within the company
- You operate industrial trucks such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
- You coordinate closely with related departments and support smooth collaboration
- You contribute your ideas to continuously improve logistical workflows and processes
Your Profile
- You have ideally completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or as a warehouse clerk
- You approach your tasks in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and maintain
a clear overview even when multiple tasks need to be handled simultaneously - You handle goods and merchandise carefully and responsibly—from inbound receiving to order fulfillment or shipping
- You organize your work proactively, set priorities, and ensure smooth operations through effective time management
- You are experienced in working with ERP systems as well as standard MS programs and digital tools, and use them confidently in your day-to-day work
- You value teamwork, support your colleagues, and work with them to ensure reliable workflows
- You communicate openly, clearly, and purposefully, and coordinate reliably with colleagues and related departments
